It is the policy of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller for Pinellas County Florida to provide records and services in a manner that is reasonable and accessible to all persons.

The Clerk of the Circuit Court provides reasonable accommodation to persons with disabilities to enable their full participation in court proceedings. These accommodations are determined after discussion with the person requiring accommodation regarding his or her specific needs. 

Persons with disabilities who need alternative formats of documents or links contained on this website are asked to contact the Office of Human Rights to discuss the alternative options.

Accommodations while doing business with the Clerk’s Office & using online resources:

If you are a person with a disability who needs an accommodation, you are entitled, at no cost to you, to the provision of certain assistance.
