1 August Updates to Guardianship Reporting Forms August 1, 2018 By ClerkWeb News Archive Guardianship 0 Posted: February 28, 2018 Updates to Guardianship Reporting Forms In an effort to provide more efficient customer service, the Clerk's Probate Court Records Department has monitored feedback and taken steps to improve the new reporting forms released last year. Most of the changes to the Inventory, Accounting, and Simplified Accounting forms were cosmetic. However, the principal change included placing a red border around the required fields and removing the yellow background to prevent any quality issues when scanning and e-filing. Another change involved increasing the font in the field where the form indicates if it's an Annual, Amended, or Final Report. Lastly, for the Initial and Annual Plan, an additional question was added asking if the ward has been relocated to another county. Please be sure to download an updated copy for your cases by visiting the Guardianship section of our Forms page. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Probate Court Records Department at (727) 464-3321 or send an email to Probate@mypinellasclerk.org Related Articles New Guardianship Forms Demo Set for Wednesday, December 7th The Sixth Judicial Circuit Court recently approved new Guardianship Reporting forms under Administrative Order No. 2009-036.
