Pinellas Clerk's Office Invites Couples to Say "I Do" In a Winter Wonderland 

Clearwater, FL- Couples dreaming of a magical winter wedding are invited to celebrate their special day in at the Pinellas County Clerk's Winter Wonderland Wedding Ceremony Room at the downtown Clearwater Courthouse located at 315 Court Street, Room 150, Clearwater, Florida 33756.

From November 24, 2025 through January 30, 2026, the Clerk's office is transforming its ceremony room Into a serene, snowy scene complete with whimsical winter décor and festive photo backdrops. Winter Wonderland is open to walk-ins Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Couples may bring up to 10 guests, and children are invited to create a personalized ornament to hang on the Winter Wonderland's tree for future couples to enjoy.

"We're honored to help create meaningful memories for these special occasions," says Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller. "These Winter Wonderland Weddings bring unique joy to the couples and to our community."

Additional services include winter-themed commemorative wedding certificates for $5.00 and photographs for $10.00. A traditional (non-themed) wedding ceremony room will remain open for couples who prefer a classic setting.

Remember that a valid marriage license is required prior to any ceremony. Marriage licenses are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance; therefore, the ceremony must take place between the effective date and the expiration date listed on the license for it to be valid. The next themed weddings offered by the Clerk's Office will be the Winter Wonderland ceremonies in December 2025, the group Valentine's Day ceremony and vow renewal in February 2026, and the Cosplay ceremonies and vow renewals in summer 2026.
