1 August Change in the Service Charge for Online Judicial Sales August 1, 2018 By ClerkWeb News Archive Judicial Sales 0 Posted: July 7, 2017 Change in the Service Charge for Online Judicial Sales Pursuant to 45.035(3) F.S., as amended in 2017, the service charge for online judicial sales must be paid by the applicant filing for an electronic sale date. Effective immediately, the $49 service charge (FS 45.035(3)) shall be paid at the time of filing for an electronic sale date on the state e-filing portal. This is in addition to the $70.00 service charge (FS 45.035(1)) that must be paid from the Real Auction bidder account prior to the sale taking place. Failure to pay either of these fees will lead to the sale being cancelled. New Payment Option for Service of Writs of Possession Starting April 1, 2019, payments to the Pinellas County Sheriff for service of Writs of Possession can be made online. The Clerk will continue to accept checks and money orders made out to the Pinellas County Sheriff's office. Probate Workflow System and E-mail Notification Change The Pinellas County Clerk's office is transitioning from its current Case 360 workflow system to a new web based document workflow system. The installation of the new system, which primarily affects the Probate Court Records Department, will take place on Saturday, September 2, 2017 and be available to Clerk's and Court's staff when normal business operations resume after the Labor Day weekend. Efiling and Online Payment Maintenance Set for Saturday, February 8th Due to a system upgrade with our provider, online payments and the FL Courts EFiling Portal will be unavailable on Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 11am - 8pm EST.
