29 October New Look and Functionality for Clerk’s Online Copy Request and Payment System October 29, 2020 By News Archive Online Copy Request, Payment, GovQA, Copy Requests, Public Records, New 0 The Clerk’s online copy request and payment system was recently replaced with an enhanced tracking and response system offered through GovQA. The new site is a one-stop shop for submitting citizen inquiries, copy requests, public records requests, and making payments for family mediation, outstanding civil case fees, and probate guardian fees. The new GovQA page contains a list of FAQs along with a “pop-up” to assist with answering questions as they are typed into the system. The FAQ pop-ups will be prompted by keywords or phrases being entered by you, the customer. The new site also allows citizens to easily keep track of their requests and progress. Efiling & Payment System Maintenance Set for Saturday, December 5th The Florida Courts Efiling Portal and the FCCC payment systems will be unavailable due to maintenance on Saturday, December 5th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EDT). Pinellas Clerk’s Office Cleared many Court Fines and Fees due to Generous Payments from Florida Rights and Restoration Coalition and Free Our Vote Two organizations worked closely with the office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, to pay off fines and costs of people who had a record of felony convictions. Probate Workflow System and E-mail Notification Change The Pinellas County Clerk's office is transitioning from its current Case 360 workflow system to a new web based document workflow system. The installation of the new system, which primarily affects the Probate Court Records Department, will take place on Saturday, September 2, 2017 and be available to Clerk's and Court's staff when normal business operations resume after the Labor Day weekend. After-Hours Telephone System Upgrade Set for May 29 The Pinellas County Business Technology Services will be upgrading the automated after-hours telephone system. As a result, the Clerk’s Customer Information Line (727) 464-7000 will be unavailable on Friday, May 29th from 6:00pm – 11:00pm (EST).
