This is part of an overall effort to streamline our processes. If need be, you will still be able to have a deposit will receipt generated by requesting one when the will is deposited with the Clerk. The court has decided this is no longer necessary. New Look and Functionality for Clerk’s Online Copy Request and Payment System The Clerk’s online copy request and payment system was recently replaced with an enhanced tracking and response system offered through GovQA. The new site is a one-stop shop for submitting citizen inquiries, copy requests, public records requests, and making payments for family mediation, outstanding civil case fees, and probate guardian fees. Pinellas Clerk’s 15th Annual Valentine’s Day Wedding Ceremony Capacity has now been reached for the Clerk’s 15th Annual Valentine’s Day Wedding Ceremony and Vow Renewal taking place on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Social distancing guidelines will be observed for the ceremonies which will take place in the romantic and picturesque Wedding Garden of the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo. Registration Now Open for Pinellas Clerk’s 16th Annual Valentine’s Day Wedding Ceremony On Valentine’s Day, Monday, February 14, in the picturesque Florida Botanical Gardens, the Clerk will officiate up to thirty weddings and twenty vow renewals in a romantic and memorable group ceremony. Couples must register online no later than Tuesday, February 1, 2022 by visiting https://pinellasclerkvalentineswedding.eventbrite.com. Registration will be limited and on a first-come first-served basis. Planned Outage Set for Saturday, September 30th On Saturday, September 30th starting at 10:00 a.m. (EDT), the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers will be performing network maintenance. This will cause a complete outage of all services. The Efiling Portal will not be available during this time. The estimated downtime for this maintenance will be between 3-8 hours.
